Today was a wet old day here in West Clare and one which saw me running about town to get work into the Nature Quest Gallery (above). Do click on this photo and you'll be able to see some wonderful celtic work and garments made from felt. We're very creative here in West Clare, you know.

I promised a picture of them on the wall, so here they are. The opportunity to put them into the gallery arose unexpectedly and I am happy they are on view to the public at last. Now we hope for good (or bad weather) and lots of feet walking into the gallery.

Until then here is a peek at the fourth study, which as you can see is very much a work in progress. I decided to start this one on a black ground for a change. I'll keep you up to date on how this one goes.

Welcome back April, totally relate to the summer chaos.
Well done on finding a place to hang your beauties. Looking good.
All the best from a wee bit of a dreach and chaotic Belgium :-)
Thanks Sheona! Lovely to hear from you again. Hope your summer isn't too chaotic.
Hi Chris. Thanks for stopping in. It's a lovely little gallery indeed and I am very pleased to be exhibiting something this year again on my own doorstep.
Your paintings are just stunning, April x
Thanks Liz!
